Most orders are shipped within 48-hours of receipt (providing your prescription has been verified) and should arrive within three to seven business days (monday - friday) after shipment. Express shipping is received within 48 hours (if the order is placed monday through thursday after 2pm it will be ordered the next business morning, if the order is placed on friday after 2pm or over the weekend, the order will be placed monday morning and therefore you would receive the contacts on Tuesday by 5pm). Holidays may delay a placed order (ie: New Years Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day).
Verifying your presciption
We will ALWAYS call your eye care provider to verify your prescription. They have 8 business hours to respond. If they do not respond, then we will fill your prescription as you have ordered. Your order may be marked as "waiting for prescription verification", this is the time we are waiting to hear back from your eye care provider. Ater that, your order will be marked as "processing/shipping". That means, your contacts are ON THEIR WAY. You will be contacted by email ONLY if there is a problem with your order or if your order was cancelled.

(Federal Express or Express Mail - generally takes one to two business days after transaction has been completed). Most times with Express Delivery, it REQUIRES A SIGNATURE. If you are not home, you may leave a note for the delivery service to leave the contacts at the door (at your discretion & your responsibility). Please Note: If we are shipping to a P.O. Box OR Apartment / School, etc... Someone MUST be there to take in the package (or sign for it if over-nighted). Most times we will ship priority mail to a P.O. Box or apartment/suite/dorm. In some cases, we may not be able to ship to a apartment/suite/dorm for overnight shipping - if this is the case, you will be notified by email and you will be credited for the shipping difference. If possible, do not ship to a P.O. Box or apartment as we are NOT responsible for any packages mailed there.

Famvision.com Return Policies
We are a replacement contact lens company. We only sell contact lenses that have been prescribed by an eye care provider.
- In order to return contacts, you MUST email us at: help@famvision.com to get a Return Authorization Code. You will mail the products back to us at your own shipping expenses (unless it is an error on our behalf) to:

- Unopened boxes or vials can be returned within 30 days, unless indicated by manufacturer policy as non-returnable. Once the contacts are received, we will credit you for the contacts, less the shipping cost.
- Defective, opened vial products must be returned within seven days for exchange, subject to manufacturers approval.
- Non-defective boxes or vial products which have been opened are "non" returnable.
- These policies have been created for your safety, security, lens comfort, and eye health. All products you receive are sterile, sealed, inspected, factory-fresh, and ready to wear.
Rebates
Contact Lens manufacturers sometimes offer rebates. The rebates have defined expiration dates and is generally offered as a "one" time rebate per customer. Whenever a manufacturer is offering a rebate that coincides with your type of contact lens and quantity, we will send you the rebate coupon to send into the manufacturer. We do not process rebate coupons for you, you are responsible to submit them yourself.

Only the quantities shown are offered by Famvision.com. We do not offer smaller quantities of any products shown as we find it doesn't offer the consumer significant savings. Single boxes/vials can be purchased from local retailers or optical shops.

We will always call to confirm your prescription with your eye care professional and we will not fill orders if your prescription is over 2 years old or if your doctor has specified that you are filling an "expired" prescription.
Always follow fitter instructions for safe wearing, cleaning, storage, and replacement schedule. Never wear "daily wear" lenses during sleep time. Never wear contacts that are torn, discolored, chipped, or deposited - especially when they are irritating. Contact a vision care professional if you experience blurred vision or halos, mucus or other drainage from the eye, redness, pain, irritation, unusual light sensitivity, itching, discomfort, or foreign body sensation. Always follow the simple rule of contact wear: "when in doubt, take it out."
